Clinical Director

Summit Preparatory School in Kalispell, Montana is a private, non-profit, co-ed therapeutic boarding school for teenagers with psychological, social, family, academic and behavior challenges.  Seeking Clinical Director to provide general clinical oversight of program, to support, train and provide leadership to team of therapists, and to work with clinicians and the program to build and maintain effective relationships with parents, students, staff members and referral sources.  Must have current license as a Master’s or Doctoral level clinician and must be license-eligible in Montana within one year of start date and at least six years experience working in a clinical setting doing adolescent and family work. Licensed Clinical Therapist

Summit Preparatory School in Kalispell is a private, non-profit, co-ed therapeutic boarding school for teenagers with psychological, social, family, academic and behavior challenges.
The Therapist provides clinical leadership for an assigned team of staff comprised of the therapist, two bachelor prepared residential staff and an academic liaison (e.g. leads multidisciplinary team meetings; facilitates team clinical interventions). Each team is assigned approximately 10 students. The Therapist also provides individual, group and family therapy for the students on their team; facilitates a weekly across team group on a clinical theme (e.g. adoption, grief, anger mgmt); participates in family workshops; attends/participates in team outdoor experiential trips (up to 4 times a year); and shares emergency on-call for the organization with the other therapists. Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health services related field with at least two years’ experience (four or more years preferred) working with adolescents in a counseling and/or human service related field. Prefer experience working in a residential setting.

Therapists

Discovery Ranch Girls located in Cedar City, Utah, is looking for experienced therapists to provide clinical services for teen girls in a residential treatment setting. DRG believes in providing a high level of clinical care in a caring environment. DRG combines the power of traditional and experiential therapy to create a clinically sophisticated, relationship based residential treatment program for girls ages 13-18. DRG believes that girls that struggle with emotional and behavior difficulties need to receive help through relationships and experiences in a strength based environment to create lasting change. The position requires a relationship focused clinician that can contribute to a multidisciplinary team to treat clinically complicated teenage girls and their families. Clinicians that are familiar with the delivery of clinical services from systems prospective are a plus.
